Yin, What an interesting and inspiring story. How much weight have you lost by reducing sugar intake. Please email me at theyoginme@yahoo.com. I have lost 50 pounds but I attribute it mostly to yoga, walking and increasing my activity level. But I did give up coca cola, or any sugary soda. I still consume sugar in tea etc or deserts.
